NEW PATIENTS: Welcome! We know you have a choice in your health care and thank you for chosing Dr. Drexel at Graves-Gilbert Clinic. Please check in at the Reception Desk in the 1st floor atrium if you have not previously been a patient with any doctor at Graves-Gilbert Clinic. The staff at the reception desk will provide you with our HIPAA Privacy Policy, and ask for some basic information to help expedite your care and bill processing with your insurance company. For your convenience, the standard forms are in progress of being made available to complete at your leisure and bring with you to your appointment. We will have them posted very soon.
ESTABLISHED PATIENTS:
Welcome back! Patients who have been seen at Graves-Gilbert Clinic previously are able to check in at the 2nd floor reception desk prior to each appointment. You will receive a yellow form from the receptionist to present at your appointment.
WEEKEND EMERGENCY INFORMATION:
There is always a physician on call 24 hours a day. If a medical emergency should occur after hours, on weekends or holidays, call 270-781-5111. Our answering service will contact the on-call physician, who will return your call as soon as possible. The physicians at Graves-Gilbert Clinic work as a team. You can be confident that in any emergency, the physician on call can effectively manage your problem.
CANCELATIONS:
We understand if you may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify us directly no later than 24 hours prior to the appointment. A new appointment can be scheduled for you. There is no charge for a cancelled appointment.
